She can accommodate up to six people, though five will be the recommended maximum for comfortable cruising. There are two six foot berths (with lee cloths) in the main cabin, a large double berth in the forward cabin and a one to two person berth in the aft cabin. This will accommodate one larger person, two small people or two very good friends! There is six foot standing head room throughout most of the main cabin and the boat has a beautifully fitted out bright and comfortable interior. |

There is plenty of storage space for most occasions, including three hanging lockers and a wet locker. In the galley area there is a fridge (in the form of a cooled storage box under the work top) and a two ring gas cooker and oven (on gimballs). There is hot and cold pressurised water with mixer taps for both sinks, full internal heating (including the heads compartment) and 240V shore power which also enables the 12V batteries to be recharged. If you find a quiet anchorage and want to swim from the boat, there is a stern ladder and when you come back aboard you can use the cockpit shower which has hot and cold pressurised water. There is also an inflatable dinghy to take you ashore. |

The main saloon makes a delightful environment for the serious business of enjoying your time in harbour and reviewing the day's sailing. Six people can sit comfortably round the folding dining table for food, games or just relaxation. Whether or not you are having a meal, open a bottle of wine or take a beer from the cooler and relax to music from the built-in CD player! |

Lily Love has been passed under the MCA Code of Practice for Category 2 cruising (within 60 miles of a safe haven). The yacht is, therefore, very well equipped with high quality life saving devices including a danbuoy, life sling, auto inflating and fixed buoyancy life jackets with lights, jackstays on the side decks and a 6 man valise life raft. She is a sea kindly and fairly fast sailing boat with wheel steering, a deep lead keel and fully battened mainsail. The genoa has roller reefing and the mainsail has single-line operated slab reefing. All the reefing lines are fed back to the cockpit and the main sail is fitted with lazy jacks and a zip-up boom cover for easy sail handling. There is also a detachable forestay and hanked–on storm jib for use in very strong winds. When the winds are not so strong, or if they are blowing in the wrong direction, you can use the excellent Volvo Penta in-board engine to get you where you want to go. You can cruise at up to 6 knots with very little noise and vibration and the 90 litres of diesel will be more than enough to get you across the channel. It is a very economical engine but when you do need to fill up with diesel it is a relatively painless experience as the marine variety is about half the price of road fuel. Navigation and sailing equipment includes wind speed and direction (true and apparent), depth and boat speed instruments on the steering binnacle, autohelm with auto tacking, deck light, portable GPS and hand held and fixed VHF radios. A full inventory of equipment will be supplied on request. No smoking is allowed below decks.
